Logitech PlayStation 2 Cordless Action Controller

This is easily one of the best controllers you can buy, period. It's comfortable and incredibly durable. I own one of the original models that Logitech has released for this controller, and it has served me well for almost 5 years and has survived 2 moves and countless drops. It finally died on me a couple months back, but considering the usage I got out of it and the abuse I put it through (I game A LOT) I can hardly complain. I'm asking for another one for Christmas from my friends, it's that great. I even picked up a PS2 to USB adapter and find it works just as well as a PC controller.

The range on it is fantastic, I've used it from more than 30 ft away, through multiple rooms and it still works with pretty much 0 latency. If you need a solid, reliabe PS2 (or PC game controller, provided you pick up a Playstation 2 to PC USB Gamepad Converter for a few bucks) then look no further, you've found it. I always try and buy Logitech peripherals when I can, and the success I've had with this controller is a good part of the reason why (and I have yet to be disappointed!). Hello I'm an autistic adult gamer.

Well to start off I love Barbie games & movies & normally if a movie has game I alway's watch the barbie movies first then buy the games. Anyway's I just saw Barbie & the three musketeer's last week. I rented it from my local library. I loved it! I bought Barbie & three musketeer's for my Nintendo DSi & love playing the game. I must say I was floored when I start playing. The graphic's are good there GBA graphic's but what this game lack's in graphic's it more than make's up for in gameplay, excellent storyline, extra's (there are ton's of extra's that use the touch screen I was actually really surprised at how much they put into the extra's), plus the game is read out loud to you so you can listen out loud or turn up the volume & put on your head set's or if you don't want to listen turn down the volume & read the story. So far I love this game to peices I only made it to level 4 so far but there are ton's of level's plus this game has CUT SCENE'S straight from the barbie movie. One of the best barbie game's I have ever played so far. I have a Nintendo DS Lite & a Nintendo DSi if you still your have Original nintendo DS or nintendo DS lite I would highly recommend the following barbie games:

Rock Band: Country Track Pack Immediately

I am not a fan of country music, but I'll be damned if these songs aren't a lot of fun to play. I only play drums, but I know many of the songs have very challenging guitar riffs.

If you don't have this load of DLC yet, then the price is absolutely worth it. If you have everything but the exclusives, it's still right around $2 a track, which is what they are likely to cost when they are available for download a couple months from now. If you are an impatient person who doesn't want to wait months for the exclusives to become DLC, like myself, it is easy to justify the purchase. There are achievements to earn, but other than those and the export code on the manual, there is probably little incentive to hold onto the disc for long after purchase.

Don't forget, if you already have the Going Country 01 track pack from the Rock Band Music Store, you can delete that when you import this disc to save some space. The only thing I had to do "extra" with this game was to reset the lag calibration because I use an old CRT TV and not an HDTV, which probably won't need that extra work if that's what you use. Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard (Black) Order Now

The Logitech G15 keyboard is Fantastic! There are plenty of people who wrote highly detailed reviews on this. I'll give my own opinion.

The G keys are mostly targeted towards MMORPG players, but they are an awesome addition, worthy enough of any keyboard! Say your taking a second language course, or your bilingual. In Windows, what do you do to type special characters? ALT + a four digit number on the numpad. While there is software out there that can change that, the G-keys are a wounder full alternative! I could just create a macro (basically telling the computer what to do when you press the G-key), press G2 and "Ä" presto! A capitol "a" with an umlaut! I could also do "ß" "" "£" "°" and any conceivable European character! I don't know why other keyboards don't have this use full feature.

Now, for the BAD news.

The M1, M2, and M3 keys are poorly designed. Other reviewers could tell you what they do better than I can, but whenever I press one of them, they get stuck, and I'll have to grab a sharp object and force it back up.

MX vs ATV Reflex Decide Now

Don't listen to the haters, this is an amazing game. I ride dirtbikes in real life and have played every Mx game since ATV Offroad Fury on the PS2. People are bashing this game, saying that it is impossible to control when in reality, the Reflex system adds a whole new dimension. Think about it, if you threw your leg over a motorcycle in real life, would you be racing at a pro level in 5 minutes? NO. The learning curve is steeper than it has been in the past, but once you get the hang of the new controls, you will find that the motorcycle actually behaves alot more like it's real world counterpart. This challenge makes it feel that much better when you nail a long rhythm section in a supercross race, or rail a freshly dug berm in a national. There are fewer tracks and freeride areas than in previous games, but the thought and time that went into these aspects are mindblowing. The terrain deformation is AWESOME, its so much more realistic that as a race goes on, lines in the track change, it keeps you on your toes. My only real complaint is that there is a pretty heavy emphasis on winning truck and buggy races, which is an obvious attempt to bring in some of the Motorstorm / Dirt fans. Rainbow should lose this stuff for the next version and put all their focus onto perfecting MX/ATV racing. Overall, it is a game that I will playing and perfecting for a long time, and it will only get better when downloadable tracks become available. Don't buy into the people that hate this game, they just have short attention spans and need immediate gratification. As with almost all EA Sports games they just add a few new features and slap a price tag on it like they do with the Madden series. Its just a fast way that they make money. The game play is about the same in Fight Night Round 4 as it is in Fight Night Round 3. To pay almost $70 for this new is crazy your better off getting it used for $14 at the most. Don't get me wrong i like a few EA sports games its just when they tweak these games every year you pay for the same thing you got the year before and these days its hard to return a game that you opened and they know this. Game designers have lost there way of designing games and got greedy along the way. They just don't put the time to really improve a game from the year before. Low Price PlayStation 2 Memory Card (8MB)

Fake Sony 8MB PS2 cards can be found for much less than the too-expensive legit Sony-made versions. However, saved game corruption are significant, and build quality is very poor. I bought one Sony-made 8MB memory off Amazon through a 3rd party, presuming it was a real Sony-made item. Yes, it was 1/4 the price of the real thing, but some games didn't even recognize it or simply gave corrupted saves 100% of the time (such as MGS3 Subsistence), while others didn't seem to care (such as MGS2 Substance).

The card rattled, too, due to a lose board inside the case. It didn't fit smoothly into the PS2's memory slot, either. Spelling errors on the back was my first indication it was fake, but comparing it to a known legit Sony card, it was quite obvious.

Save Rock Throne Drum Stool

As others have mentioned, this stool is only $30, so no one should expect the same quality as a true drum stool one would purchase from a bona fide music shop. However, the manufacturers should make it clear that this stool is designed for little ones, not for grown men. Perhaps they don't think grown men are or should be playing video games! No matter how tightly I tightened the nut that holds the legs up, the legs would collapse out (thereby sinking the stool down) when I sat on it. The cushioning is flimsy and completely compresses, so I end up essentially sitting on a hard plastic plate. I should mention here that I am a big guy, but not overweight. The remote is not bluetooth, so you need to plug an adapter into one of the USB ports.

The charge base is my favourite part of the pack. About the size of a stapler, all you have to do is plug a plastic adapter onto the controller's USB port and drop it in either of the slots on the charge base. (The controller's face should be facing the lights.) You can even keep the adapters on while playing. Two indicator lights let you know either of the controller's charge status. Green = fully charged/empty slot. Red = charging. I do feel that the lights are a little cheap-looking, but that's no problem. Oh, and a handy little power button on the opposite end of the charge base. Perfectly sized and easily depressed.

Cheapest Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII

This game rocks on every level, from depth of story to the vast amount of unlockable secrets and side missions - be prepared to take a few hundred hours to squeeze all the goodness from this one.

Some of the most noteworthy points are the yummy new music, fantastic (as always from square) CG scenes, well developed plotline (especially when you consider how most sequels and prequels turn out - LOOKING at YOU, GEORGE LUCAS!), the new materia fusion system, and real time battle system - YES, I said BATTLE SYSTEM. Don't worry folks, this is still VERY much an RPG, and if you TRY to play it like a button masher, you will not only wear out your psp for no reason, you'll also fail the game miserably once it gets into the more difficult stuff.

I first played these games on my windows 98 and loved them, but, now that I have Windows XP installed, I was worried. These games play better and have much better graphics than I imagined possible - They're great! I even considered keeping a seperate PC loaded with Window 98 just for these games based on some of the reviews stating problems with playing on XP; this is a NON-ISSUE. The game play is actually smoother and the graphics are much better.

BTW - I don't play games other than the AOE series and an old copy of Breath of Fire III for the PS1. My roommate plays dozens of Gamecube, PlayStation and GBA games that I just never could get into. The AOE series is like golf for geeks; it is very challenging and a whole lot of fun - I play for hours after spending all day writing and editing code. I just wanted to clear some things up. I rented this game to see how "challenging" the first level was. i beat it in minutes and was really confused on what was so hard about it--especially for adults. I could see younger kids having problems, but adults who are savvy with video games shouldn't have a problem. There are arrows in the grass and little bird footsteps to tell you which way to go. When you are near an object, it will tell you what button to push. I can't say I was crazy about the controls however. The graphics weren't bad, and the game was at least 3 D. The second level was annoying... you have to hit the hearing aid to keep the dogs away, but if you don't, and forget, then you have to fight off 3 dogs...weird. I like to teach kids not to be abusive to animals...but whatever. Just wanted everyone to know this game is not as challenging as the some of the other reviewers have been claiming. I jumped at the chance when I saw that Amazon was selling this game for $25. I definitely wouldn't pay for the price it's going for now which is like $45. Nintendo DS Game Card Case 16 - Pink Order Now

This product is much more than expected. I use the nerf armor to hold my ds and 2 of these cases side by side are about the same size as the armor. The case is a great way to carry around 16 games in a pocket and there is no chance of them getting broken. It can absorb the shock of a typical 5 foot drop (slipping out of hands maybe) with no problem. Games are easy to get in and out quickly, but also stay in place once inserted. The case is much better than most all in one cases because it only has one purpose and it does that well. Also you can always read at least 8 of the titles from either the front or back of the case, the other 8 can be ready easily once the case is open. In my previous game case also made by Nintendo (a leather case that holds games and instruction booklets) it was hard to tell titles apart without first pulling out the game. For a DS case, there is really nothing that can stand up to Nerf Armor and although most cases can protect against scratches, they won't help if the ds is dropped. I have three of these cases to hold my assortment of games and after a few months they work just as well as when I bought them. Too much has changed in Guitar Hero 5 compared to the other Guitar Hero games. The system of earning money from gigs to buy new guitar, outfits, and songs is gone. In order to unlock things in this game you have to do challenges. For example, a song may tell you to play with the guitar and get a 200 note streak to complete the challenge, or play with bass and use all upstrokes to complete the challenge. There are no unlockable songs. The songs on the main setlist are the only ones that you can play. Of course there is the downloadable content on Xbox live, but the song list is still very short. The songs themselves while being a decent mix of time periods and influences, are not very fun to play on the whole. There are maybe 10 songs on the game that I actually look forward to playing. The other songs are just not fun. Steer away from this release and wait for Guitar Hero: Van Halen. The best part of buying Guitar Hero 5 was the I got GH:VH for free and before it comes out. Save My Spanish Coach

This is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than trying to memorize Spanish vocabulary out of a book or a notebook. I use this for my own enrichment and sometimes use it as a teaching tool. Students who normally refuse to go home and do their homework will at least work with this for half an hour at a time (an accomplishment for those with no attention span) and actually REMEMBER what they've done!

It's more portable than flash cards and the interface can make this kind of fun too. The grammar lessons themselves are relatively limited, but you'll get a basic command of all the words you'll need for the first couple of years of Spanish. 1. Design - A bit bulky but not too bad. The main design feature I dislike in this case is the side pocket on the front surface of the case. It looks bad with the flap and is not very useful. This is for the PSP Go, where you don't need UMDs and you can't change batteries, so I don't see much use for this side pocket that adds a little bulk and is rather unattractive. The only real accessory you need with the PSP Go is the AC adapter, and that isn't going to fit in there. Furthermore, the pocket should be located inside of the case, and not on the exterior, so that if you put something in it it would be more securely held than an open flap pocket. On the other hand, you can squeeze in an iPhone in there. I also wish there wasn't a belt loop on the case, but I'm sure some people would prefer to put this bulky case on their waist instead of in their pockets.

Tested this thing multiple ways and the results were the same.

At first no one responded to me with multiple adjustments on the volume control and mute switch. So I hooked up system link(I have a line in a separate room for when my friends bring their box and they can use the other TV, that's why we use mics.) and nothing but static and a loud buzzing over the systems. Picks up background noise but not my voice.

The throat piece is not adjustable but comfortable after you adjust to it. But since no one can hear me...well doesn't matter how it fits.

I've used the real deal in the military so I thought this was a great idea, and it is, but that's all this is, a gimmick, and over priced at that.

Well, this game is great to try out only because the games used are fun games in real life, and the use of the WII remote is somewhat interesting, but I would rent it at most. I'm 27 and I doubt inviting friends over to play this would spark any interest even accompanied with consumption of alcoholic beverages. Honestly, if I invited my 10 year old neighbors over I would probably have to further entice them with juice boxes, candy and possibly even cash to play this game. I was intrigued at the store, decided to try it for the money. It was fun to try and see how they used the WII controller to play the various games, but multiplayer at the competition level, this game is undeniably a waste. You can master any of the games in a matter of 30 minutes, or faster, controls are so weirdly insensitive. Younger children may find this game more amusing than me but I could still imagine myself 10 years ago saying how ridiculous this bundle of games is and probably end up chucking it out the window in hopes that maybe my dog will enjoy playing with the disc. This is a fairly easy game to figure out there is some reading involved in order to figure out how to get past obsticals in the game however once you do it it's not nessacary to read it again.I highly recommend this game for ages 5 and up. Guitar Hero Metallica

This is my favorite guitar hero game ever, could be the fact that I'm a huge Metallica fan, but my brother thinks it's really fun too.

The drums feel like you're really playing, I just played a real drumset for the first time ever last week, and I'm pretty good, just from playing guitar hero lol.

Scrabble Review

This is one of my favorite DS games. Not much to say, if you like Scrabble the board game you should like this. So glad Nintendo is bringing games for the adults on the DS. Would be good for kids also to help with word skills, but I think this is really one for the adults who miss board games. Get more detail about Scrabble.

Scene It? Twilight Immediately

Ok yes I realize I am a dork for being such a huge Twilight fan. That being said I was super excited to get this game. However my happiness was short-lived. The game is fun don't get me wrong. But wait till the price drops. After like 6 games I had unlocked all the pictures. Then there's no incitive to keep playing for cooler stuff. There's no highest score. It's just play the sceneit game or choose a number of questions to answer.
Movie clips are great the game play is great but hardly worth $[...]. Wait till you can pick up less than $[...]. Trust me. Once you've played it you have played it and that's all there is. :(

They should have added more interaction on this game, at least other character voices, after a while hearing Carlisle saying the same things over and over gets a little old.Get more detail about Scene It? Twilight.

Pokemon Pearl Version Best Quality

As a fan of the Pokemon game series, and of the DS Lite, I am glad to say that I gave Pearl five out of five stars. The gmaeplay includes features from older games, but updates on FR/LG like a new look (and much easier controls!) for the battle system, a much better user interface, excellent use of the doublescreen, loads of "applications" include a clock, pokemon mood tracker, step counter, etc., and battle-sprite animations. Not only is the look nicer, but there are plenty of new pokemon- most of which are also in Platinum- and longer gameplay after the Elite Four. The Champion is more challenging, and there are more interesting, long sidequests.

If you have been playing since Gold, get Pearl. If you have never played Pokemon, you should still get Pearl.Get more detail about Pokemon Pearl Version.
